Bury the Hatchet is WHCS Radio's show that dives deep into the music, drama, and history surrounding some of the music industry's biggest stars. Each week showcases a different artist, following the songs that inspired them and the tracks they inspired in return. Sometimes the show takes a turn into the juicier side of musical history, pairing two performers who have had a public romance or feud and delving into the breakup ballads, diss tracks, or unexpected collaborations that ensued. With a sprinkle of history, gossip, and great music, Bury the Hatchet focuses on how artists impact each other both on and off stage. Hosted by Media Studies major Emma Silva, a second-year student at Hunter, who's always happy to spill the beans on the drama that precedes the music.
