From ‘55-’75 is an exploration of music from the third quarter of the 20th century. I cover a wide range of artists, styles, and popularity during my show, using the two decades between 1955 and 1975 as a base. Of course, I am no stranger to breaking this time frame, as I consider the vibes and dialogue between the tracks to be more important than the years. Most of my selections come from records I own; I’m an avid collector, owning over 200 LPs. That many records means a variety of genres. I’ve done shows on vocal jazz, French rock, and outlaw country — there’s no genre I won’t touch. This is my second year running From ‘55-’75, and I can’t wait to have you tune in with me.
